We operate a 24-hour, 365 days a year in-house emergency service
We are always available to help.
We don't use answer phones - if you call us, the night nurse is there to help you.
If you need further assistance, she will contact the duty vet who will talk to you directly.
You will be asked some questions about your pet's emergency. Many problems can be resolved with advice over the phone.
If your pet needs immediate attention, we will arrange to see you at our 24-hour emergency hospital at Thornbury.
The duty vet will have the assistance of a nurse and, if your pet needs to be hospitalised, it can be monitored through the night.
Computer records from all our sites are linked, therefore your pet’s records will always be available to a vet at Thornbury.
For security reasons we cannot, under any circumstances, allow duty nurses to open the doors to un-announced callers. If you have an emergency PLEASE RING BEFORE ARRIVING.
IN AN OUT-OF-HOURS EMERGENCY, CALL ANY OF OUR CLINICS AND YOUR CALL WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ANSWERED AT THORNBURY.
