Office Assistant

We are currently recruiting an Office Assistant to join the Finance team. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is critical.

You will be required to:

  • Support Management and the Finance team in their daily duties.

  • Schedule staff rotas.
  • Assist in the processing of the monthly payroll (including entering new starters, inputting overtime and sickness)
  • Manage email and other communications and deal with queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records.
  • Diary work experience requests.
  • Check invoicing prepared and posted by head office.
  • Ensure that all administrative duties, checks and documentation are completed to the required level of accuracy.
  • Undertaking general office and administrative duties.

Skills:

  • Experience in payroll administration including management of payroll processes.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office and payroll systems.
  • Excellent administration and organisation skills with meticulous attention to detail.

This is a part-time permanent position working 25 hours per week. Exact working hours are negotiable but must be during Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00.

Salary: up to £24,000.00 FTE
