From Monday 5th of June 2023 Yorkshire Vets will be in partnership with Vets Now, who are the UK’s leading out-of-hours and emergency vet service. They will work from our Thornbury Hospital looking after your pet out of normal surgery times providing care overnight, at weekends and on Bank Holidays. They have full access to your pet’s medical records on our system to provide the best in continuity of care. 

We know your pets are part of your family, and we will always do our best to ensure they have access to the very best care. Vets Now have over 20 years of experience and knowledge in emergency medicine, and that’s why we trust them to look after your pet when we can’t be there. 

We will continue to provide our existing services at Thornbury and all our branch surgeries during the week and Saturday mornings. Vets Now will work at our Thornbury Hospital from 6pm until 7.30am weekdays and from 12pm Saturday right through to 7.30am on Monday morning. 

 If you have an emergency when we are closed, please contact Vets Now on 01274 722721 or if you telephone any of our surgeries, your call will be transferred to Vets Now.
