Join our Team as a Receptionist at our Thornbury Hospital.

Are you passionate about animals and dedicated to their wellbeing? We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our veterinary clinic as a Receptionist at our Thornbury surgery.

Both full-time and part-time positions available.

Position Overview: As front of house Receptionist you will play a crucial role in supporting our Veterinary Surgeons, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients at the reception desk and over the telephone.
• Answering phones calls, scheduling appointments and managing client queries.
• Assisting with billing and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role with reception duties is preferable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Good administration and IT skills.
• Experience in cash handling/balancing.

The flexibility to work between the hours of 7:30am to 6:30pm is essential.
